Rob Spencer …. Air Force call sign “Dingbat” (don’t ask) ….

Born and raised in Greensboro, (NC), grew up admiring the bikes of his cousins and family friends … started riding early teens … “British Metrics” … moved to HD during the “AMF” disaster days and swore off them … rode the Japanese Metrics until recently … last was the Kawasaki Vulcan …. Now have been “re-born” with a custom Sportster that I picked up locally … the frame and lower case is original … everything else is custom work … from the Jesse James chrome machine cut wheels to the Screamin’ Eagle electronics and jugs … and custom paint which the photo does not do justice … my son and friends tell me I watch the Discovery Channel WAY TOO MUCH … I have “loaned” the Vulcan to “Son #2” back in Winston-Salem … might need it some day if I get lucky ….

Served a tour of duty in the Air Force … (70 – 76) …. complete with an “all expense paid tour of Southeast Asia” from Oct ’72 until Sep ’73 …

Currently living in Greenville, (NC), and staff at East Carolina University Medical School … living single in a college town is rough since most of the “available’ are young enough to be my kids … but if there’s any attractive, single, ladies a bit older than what we called “tiny boppers” that would be interested …. give me a shout ….
