MAY 13 - 2ND ANNUAL RINEHART CHARITY MOTORCYCLE RIDE - Over 100 miles to benefit the Grand Strand Miracle League. The Grand Strand Miracle League is a one-of-a-kind baseball leagure designed specifically for children with special needs. 2008 marks the sixth season for the league, which is now serving over 100 children. Games are played on a handicapped-addcssible field that is ideal for wheelchairs and walkers. Ride will be held during Myrtle Beach Spring Rally. A continental breakfast along with lunch and soft drinks provided during the ride. The first 125 participants to sign up receive a free T-Shirt promoting the event. (I-85 North exit 63, left on Lane St., 0.4 miles on right) Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., first bike out at 1:00 p.m. Ride concludes at Speedway Harley-Davidson. Presentation to Cooperative Christian Ministries at 4:00 p.m. Benefiting Empty Stocking Fund, 246 Country Club Drive, Concord, NC 28026 704 786-4709. Police escourted ride by Cabarrus County Sheriff's Dept. Must bring a new unwrapped toy to participate in ride & be eligible for door prizes. Free food & door prizes. Food provided by R & R Bar-B-Que.
